Plastic surgery may be something people find solace with. But for some, even after choosing to take that step, they will eventually return back to realizing that maybe it’s not a step that they were meant to take in order to find self-acceptance. For Yolanda Hadid, the mother of model duo Bella and Gigi Hadid, she just wants people to research well before opting for any such under-the-knife procedure.
After so many such procedures, Hadid decided to take it all off and return to the original she was before her first surgery. The realization was made after she encountered several health problems that stemmed from some of those procedures.
Yolanda Hadid’s bunch of plastic surgeries included “breast implants, fillers, botox, extensions and all the bulls**t” that she had because she wanted the society to think she was sexy. But with the realization of “health is wealth”, she was taking step-by-step caution removal to finally be free of everything artificial by January 2019.
The Toxicity of Plastic Surgery “Almost Killed Me,” Yes, It Almost Did
Back in January 2019, the celebrity model mother went all-out when announcing she’d removed every single plastic surgery additions to her body. With a selfie wearing a pink lace bodysuit under a wide-open jacket to celebrate her 55th birthday, she also urged women to research what they were getting into when opting for cosmetic procedures to get accepted as a beautiful girl.

“Fifty Five and smiling from the inside out,” Hadid wrote alongside that one-of-a-kind photo. “Finally back to the original 1964. Living in a body free of breast implants, fillers, botox, extensions and all the bulls**t I thought I needed in order to keep up with what society conditioned me to believe what a sexy woman should look like until the toxicity of it all almost killed me.”
“Your health is your wealth so please make educated decisions, research the partial information you’re given by our broken system before putting anything foreign in your body.”
Hadid continued on about how it took a while for her to learn to start accepting her internal beauty, and the superficial beauty is nothing without health.
“It took me many years of undoing some bad choices I made for myself before I finally found the freedom to sustainable internal beauty and acceptance of what is the best version of myself by no standards but my own,” she concluded the post. “It’s on us to learn to love our selves and celebrate our unique, one of a kind beauty at all ages as we move through this journey called ‘life. Beauty has no meaning without your health.”

Of course, it was not the first time the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s plastic surgery was talked about. It was a huge deal when she was infected from the inside because of certain implants.
In 2015, she had her breast implants removed when it was discovered the silicone was ruptured about 10 years earlier due to a ski fall and was leaking inside her body. It caused her Lyme disease to be worse and turn into something more infectious.
Since then, slowly but progressively, she’d turned to remove every other form of plastic surgery she had to get to where she is now.
Hadid Insists Her Daughters, Bella and Gigi, Never Had Plastic Surgery
Of course, with the looks the Hadid sisters have, there were questions popping here and there about the two possibly having had some work done, specifically Botox and fillers. The post had apparently got some pretty few gritty comments about her daughters’ beauty status.

One, in particular, wrote, “I agree with you but what about your daughter? Especially Bella? She is beautiful but must use fillers?! And she is in the [modeling] business so how do you rationalize that?”
The 55-year-old naturally came to their defense, “None of my children have never done fillers or Botox or put anything foreign in their bodies. They know better after seeing what I went through.”
Bella herself had come to defend her face after she’s been the one to have largely been criticized over plastic surgery. She confronted the rumors to InStyle back in May 2018, stating no scan would prove she’d had work done because she’s too afraid to put fillers on her face.
“People think I’m very confident, but I really had to learn how to be,” she told the magazine. “People think I got all this surgery or did this or that. And you know what? We can do a scan of my face, darling. I’m scared of putting fillers into my lips. I wouldn’t want to mess up my face.”
