Stephanie Pratt had quite a rage against her co-stars, including his brother Spencer Pratt, on The Hills reboot almost a year ago. While she’s also involved in some nasty controversies in the past, it’s been a step up for her since the end of the original series around a decade ago.
In another aspect, it’s widely known that her sister-in-law, Heidi Montag, performed over ten plastic surgeries in a day, so much so that even her own mother couldn’t recognize her. And while Pratt herself hasn’t talked about her case, she can’t deny she’s had some of those procedures she’s been suspected of having had.
Experts Speculate Multiple Plastic Surgery Signs on Stephanie Pratt: Nose Job, Lip & Cheek Fillers
Early on in the past decade, there were subtle but step-by-step changes in her look every year. Back in 2014, she was already speculated to have had a nose job, cheek fillers as well as lip fillers, as the latter two looked plumper than usual. Around the same time, she was also separately rumored to have had breast augmentation & a chin implant.
“Stephanie’s face has definitely changed shape – her nose is a lot slimmer, signifying she may have had a nose job,” cosmetic expert Dr. Richard Marques told Closer Online at the time. “Her cheeks were always full but they are a little more plumped up, suggesting cheek filler and it looks like there is filler in the lips too as they are definitely bigger. Stephanie looks like she has also used semi-permanent makeup and had her eyebrows tattooed. In both shots, her teeth have been whitened.”
Rhinoplasty and Lip Fillers Are Obvious, But Non-Surgical Dermal Fillers Are Possible
Back in 2019, a MYA Cosmetic Surgery representative also speculated the same plastic surgery operations on her, but with more detail. They suspect non-surgical dermal fillers “along the contour of the cheekbone to create more definition”.
For the lip, she may have had fillers after multiple different treatments, rather than overfilling them with a single treatment, also suggesting that’s why there were only subtle changes on her face over the years. As for the nose-reshaping procedure, “the bridge of her nose appears thinner, and the tip and nostrils appear to be smaller and slightly lifted” than before, aided with alar base reduction and surgery rather than contouring.
Additionally, “Stephanie may have also had jawline and chin contouring with non-surgical dermal fillers” to create a more defined & slimming look to the chin and jawline.
Even if all of this is true, there’s no denying she looks better than before. But there’s a little bit of line of overdoing plastic surgery that’s not good for one’s reputation as well as their health. Watch out for it.
