Rhinoplasty
According to the sources, Sulahian had her first plastic surgery procedure, a nose job, at the age of 17.
“The official reason was a deviated septum, but Peggy was desperate to get her nose fixed for cosmetic reasons too.”
Reportedly, the RHOOC alum hated her nose and thought it made her look ugly. She was often teased about her nose at school. As she got into her later teens, she became increasingly obsessed with how she looked.
Similarly, her parents agreed to it on medical grounds and paid half of the cost and the other half by health insurance.

As for the personal life, Peggy married husband Diko Sulahian and have three children.
After her mother’s death due to cancer, she also discovered a lump in her br**st. In an Interview, Sulahian claimed about her health issues.
“I’ve had a lot of health issues, and it struck me all of a sudden out of nowhere. It wasn’t a cancer scare; it was cancer. And it happened so fast that we needed to take it out in a matter of three months. It was very aggressive, even though it was small, but it was very aggressive,”
So, to prevent cancerous growth from spreading, the RHOC star had a double mastectomy.
Basically, a double mastectomy is the surgical removal of br**sts and to prevent themselves from br**st cancer.

Br**st Reconstructive Surgery
Afterward, Peggy decided to have her br**st reconstructive surgery, which involved getting expanders. The Daily Pop star shared her pain and experience during the procedure.

“I would always be in pain. My arms would get numb. It was terrible having those expanders. It was terrible. I was hurting, nobody would see it, but I was in pain all the time. I would get expanders and go home, and I would just go in bed. It’s like metal in you, and I did not know anything. I just went in blindsided. I had to do what I had to do.”
