So according to the reports by CBS News, Mickey Rourke has had plastic surgery several times. The reports speculate that the actor has gone under the knife for a facelift, upper eyelid lift, and hair transplant.

People, however, did not like the changes made to his appearance, the report suggests Rourke’s procedures were badly done, more specifically his facelift. The facelift cost him his sideburns.
One of the experts, Dr. Youn said, “The unnatural curve between his ears and cheek and his now attached earlobe are also telltale signs of a facelift.”

Talking with Daily Mail, the actor revealed, “I had my nose broken twice. I had five operations on my nose and one on a smashed cheekbone.”
