When the Real Housewives got that collaborative music video, you were excited, weren’t you Melissa Gorga fans? Since appearing as a guest in The Real Housewives of New Jersey in 2010, life has never been better for the full-time Real Housewife. But ever since the first season, she found herself feeling a little insecure when looking at herself on camera.
Yeah, Gorga opted for plastic surgery to remove how she felt looking at herself on camera. She did not do it for pleasing others but herself. And she’s been open about it, but not as fiercely as when she did for her nose job.
All in all, Gorga has confessed that she’s had a nose job and breast implants, while Brazilian butt lift is a complete no-no.
Gorga Announced to Her Fans Before Getting Breast Implants AGAIN
Breast implants were one of the first plastic surgery endeavors she’s had as she’s confessed of having it since her mid-20s. It was only in May 2015 that she decided to switch them out after having them for 13 years. She even announced that she was going to have them for the second time from Dr. Michael Fiorillo.

Melissa Gorga Brutally Shot Down about Four Nose Jobs While Admitting to One
There was a heated debate between Melissa Gorga and Jacqueline Laurita not about if she’s had a nose job, but how many nose jobs that she’s had till now. For a long time, Gorga had been avoiding the questions related to that particular plastic surgery, or sometimes blaming it on contouring.

However, when Laurita accused of having not one but four nose jobs, she couldn’t take it anymore. She finally came clean about it all in 2016. “Let’s be honest, it’s the worst-kept secret that I’ve had a nose job, but it’s my secret to tell, not hers,” Gorga told The Daily Dish why she’d been keeping it a secret all these years.
“It’s a personal thing,” she continued. “It’s not hurting anyone. It’s your own business. Some people like to say, ‘Hey, I injected this, tummy tucked this,’ and that’s fine, too. It’s something that’s personal to me. There was definitely not four nose jobs. Four nose jobs? I would look pretty deranged, I would think. That is insane to say four, and I don’t like that the seed was even planted, because I think that’s wrong.”

Laurita did defend her previous statements, saying Gorga never really admitted something that was “blatantly obvious” and that she didn’t really break a girl code or something. Gorga had described her as a “crappy friend who has told the world for me”.
Husband Joe Gorga Doesn’t Need Her to Have Big Butts
It took quite a thinking for Melissa Gorga when she decided for the nose job. For one thing, she didn’t notice how she felt like she needed a little tweak. It was only after seeing herself on tape that she saw it.
“If I’m being brutally and totally honest, I think it was watching my first season of Housewives,” she said in a plastic surgery tell-all interview with Glamour Magazine. “When you see yourself back on TV sometimes you say, ‘Oh, I didn’t know I had a little lump in my nose.’ As far as my breasts go, I’ve had them since I was in my 20s, so it wasn’t about that for me. My nose was definitely from suddenly going from being a housewife to being on TV and in magazines. I was like, ‘I never noticed that. I think if I do that little tweak, it’ll make me feel better’.”

In the same group interview, when they were asked if there are any plans for more, Gorga assures that there will definitely not be a butt lift of some kind. “I’m seeing a lot of butts on Instagram. But my husband’s not into it. I was like, ‘Fine.’ I’m just so sick of squatting,” she said. When the hubby (Joe Gorga) doesn’t need her to, there’s no reason for her to get it.
While she hasn’t spoken out about any other plastic surgery things, she has been said to have had Botox in the forehead and fillers under her eyes, cheeks and even lips, Life and Style Magazine has been told.
