Reality television queen Kim Kardashian is not a new name to the business world.
If talking only about business, the Keeping up with the Kardashians star is known for her popular underwear brand Skims.
The company, initially named Kimono, was founded in June 2019 by Kim and Swedish entrepreneur Jens Grede.
After huge criticism, the name was later changed to Skims. The brand is a big hit and is considered one of the biggest innerwear brands in the world.
As per the reports, the company was worth over US$1.6 billion in April. Skims was in TIME’s List of 100 Most Influential Companies of 2022.
As per the NY Post, the company’s market value was doubled to $3.2 billion in January 2022.
Also, Kardashian made $600 million from the brand in 2021 alone, giving her entry into the billionaire’s club.
Relaunching Nine-piece Skincare Line SKKN BY KIM
After shuttering KKW Beauty and KKW Fragrance in 2021, the 41-year-old model is relaunching her skincare line as SKKN BY KIM.
Kardashian announced the launching of a nine-piece skincare line that contains all her beauty secrets.
It is scheduled to launch on June 21, 2022.
The reality star is open about her psoriasis disease and frequently discusses her struggles.
During the press release, the mother of four got candid about how her “psoriasis diagnosis became the catalyst for her journey of skincare discoveries.”
She further said:
“Working with some of the top dermatologists and estheticians over the years has given me the incredible opportunity to learn from their expertise—and I knew I had to share my learnings.”
Similarly, Kardashian said that she launched a nine-piece skincare line because it is what she does in her real Life.
Also, she reveals her beauty secret through products that she has learned while working with many experts over the years.
