For more than 4 years, she stayed clean from any disputes until December 2019, when she filed a lawsuit & accused a fellow Fox News George Murdoch (aka Tyrus) of sexual harassment. Moreover, the lawsuit included Fox News & its executive producer Jennifer Rauchet (wife of Pete Hegseth) as they tried to keep away the issue discreetly and supported Tyrus.

And after 2 years, both parties agreed on a settlement and voluntarily dismissed the case. Reportedly, the nondisclosure agreement saw McHenry an undisclosed sum of money and a waiver from the network and Fox Nation. But she will continue to work for Washington D.C.-based WTTG Fox 5 shows.
