When it comes to Saturday Night Live, offense is a given. And Nasim Pedrad did a pretty good job of it while she was associated with the show. But it wasn’t the only huge project she’s been a part of in her career.
The Persian-American moved to the US to her father. Her earliest works were with the Sunday Company for The Groundlings troupe. She’s been in theater for most parts of her life, but her breakthrough came when she was selected for the 2007 HBO Comedy Festival in Las Vegas. She’d been performing for her one-man shows before getting her SNL gig.
She left the SNL gig in 2014 to work on Mulaney. And in the years leading up to the present day, she’s been speculated of plastic surgery. But yeah, there is not much proof of it. She’s not admitted to it yet either.
Which Plastic Surgery Redditers Speculate on Nasim Pedrad
Pedrad kind of faded from the media fame after leaving SNL, but by no means did it affect her fan base. And some fans claimed she’s had plastic surgery. In a discussion on Reddit, one pointed out how her face looked “a little more waxy than normal and her eyebrows were really arched and high.”

Of course, they admitted it might have been because of elegant makeup and lighting rather than the Botox. But one of them came over to claim she’s had a nose job and insisted that she’s had. The jury’s still out though.
In some other stories as well, she’s been accused of reshaping her nose, using Botox since being in her 30s. Additionally, some also found a base to discuss possible lip injections. But whatever rumors there might be, there is a general acceptance that she’s one of the prettiest girls to appear on the show.
Kim Kardashian Was Not Offended by Pedrad’s SNL Impersonations of Her at All
Over the course of her career, Pedrad’s impersonation of Kim Kardashian has been her most herald performance ever. And of course, she did not perform it only once. Whenever Kardashian was needed, Pedrad was available.

Pedrad was able to portray the obvious plastic surgery discussions on Kardashian (with prosthetics & such) along with her voice and such. And when she was meeting Kardashian, she was initially terrified of the event as she’d impersonated her a lot of times. But it turned out better than she expected.
“I was very, very scared,” Pedrad told Conan O’Brian of her interaction with Kardashian in September 2014. And apparently, she did not have anything to worry about. In fact, she says Kim was “really sweet” despite her appearance “like a person who woke up in a dumpster” at the meet, in contrast to Kardashian’s “pristine, airbrushed makeup, perfect hair”.

Pedrad’s most recent movie appearance came in the live-action movie of Aladdin.
