Fefe Dobson was born Felicia Lily Dobson on February 28, 1985, in Scarborough, Ontario, Toronto, Canada. Her mother is of English, Dutch, Aboriginal, and Irish descent, whereas her father is of Jamaican background. 

For her education, she was sent to high school at Wexford Collegiate Institute and graduated from Heritage Park Public School. 

The music prodigy took several singing classes at the New Conservatory of Music in Agincourt, Scarborough. At 13, she began writing her own music. 

As of now, the singer is 36 years old and stands tall at the height of 5 feet 11 inches (1.56 meters).

Dobson began her musical journey, signing a recording contract with Island/Def Jam, and released her self-titled debut album in 2003. 

Subsequently, her album, which consists of successful singles like Bye Bye Boyfriend and Don’t Go hit the Canadian Hot 100 chart and earned two Juno Award nominations.

She published her second studio album titled Sunday Love in 2006. The album consists of tracks such as Don’t Let It Go to Your Head and This Is My Life.

Fefe also let off her third album titled Joy in 2010 and it includes the hit singles Ghost and Stuttering, which was a success on the Canadian Hot 100. 

Besides her musical career, she has appeared as Tina Turner in an episode of the NBC television series American Dreams. She also starred as Cherry C. in the drama film Home Again

Her other movies and TV series include Wingin’ It, The Listener, and Christmas in Compton.

Happily Married To Yelawolf

‘Bye Bye Boyfriend’ singer is currently married to her sweetheart Michael Wayne Atha, a.k.a Yelawolf. Her husband also is a renowned rapper, singer, and songwriter.

As per sources, the two have been together since 2011 and were engaged in 2013. The couple broke up briefly before patching up for good and finally getting married in 2019.

The couple is yet to welcome their first child. They currently live in Nashville, Tennessee.
