Aren’t you glad Adrienne Maloof and Brandi Glanville are on good terms now? But that doesn’t seem to be what the Bravo universe focused following her return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills this week. While she came back with a confessional look, her look wasn’t something many were not particularly comfortable with.
Twitter exploded with accusations of plastic surgery against Brandi Glanville’s face. But she had her answer already. However, there has been more than one time that she’s had to respond to plastic surgery rumors. And it’s not like she’s never had plastic surgery at all.
Yes, she has previously admitted to have had overused Botox and something more intimate. Yeah, more below. There’s also one detail people probably don’t realize when it comes to her face that has an enormous effect on her look.
Brandi Glanville Shut Off Plastic Surgery Rumors to Cause Accusers to Delete Their Tweet
For anything, Twitter is the “IT” place for people to discuss. It’s notably pronounced in the plastic surgery industry as Glanville has faced. She then proceeded to post a series of tweets in defense, saying she’s not done anything to her face so much so that some of the tweets have been deleted. Although she has used it in the past, in her defense, she may not have during that particular interview. There were other reasons her face admittedly looking bad.
“What the hell is going on with Brandi Glanville’s face??? That is plastic surgery gone very wrong,” one wrote on Twitter. And another tweeted, “To be as pretty as Brandi was, she’s gone WAYYY OVERBOARD on the face surgeries. I see a weird doll, not beautiful Brandi.”
In response to one since-deleted tweet, Glanville reasoned, “first off you are mean. I do look bad but I haven’t done anything to my face. I was watching makeup tutorials and trying not to use so much blush and please f**k off hater.”
In another, she wrote, “I had to do my own makeup & we had virtual lighting. I suck at both hair and makeup. I look horrible :(” In a later post, she revealed she’s had dental work done, causing an unfortunate swelling.
There have been more criticisms than support, but support has been there for her at rare times. So, there’s a silver lining.
She Had “A F**king Lot” of Botox at One Time and a Vaginal Rejuvenation Paid by Ex-Husband Eddie Cibrian
During her Celebrity Big Brother days, she’s discussed having had a bad Botox habit but still remained adamant she’s not had surgery on her face. To be clear, and fair to her, Botox isn’t categorized under plastic surgery, so there goes the truth. But she did get more than one plastic surgery procedure on her body elsewhere.

“I’ve had a f**king lot,” she said of Botox. “I’ve only had my boobs done and my vagina tightened, that’s it”. Twitter has been since discussing multiple times of plastic surgery on her not knowing her former procedures.
“Fillers and Botox, and I’ve definitely made some mistakes but it’s hard to watch yourself get older on television,” she’d previously said. “I’ve definitely over-filled, and I’ve definitely had some bad Botox where your eyes drop.”
The 47-year-old did confess of the plastic surgery she’s proud of, vaginal rejuvenation, in her tell-all book, Drinking & Tweeting, back in 2014. She revealed that she had the $12,000 “intense surgery” and made ex-husband Eddie Cibrian pay for it. He didn’t have a clue about it initially though.

“This pretty intense surgery had an even more intense price tag: $12,000,” she wrote in the book. “A brand-new vagina would be an Eddie-free vagina… I decided that since Eddie had ruined my vagina for me, he could pay for a new one. I gave [the doctor’s office] Eddie’s credit card number.”
She did credit Cibrian for giving her all the material for the book. “I would like to thank my ex-husband, Edward Cibrian, for giving me all the material I could ever need to write this book and for helping me discover the strong independent woman inside of me.”
Glanville’s Laser Hair Removal That Couldn’t Let Her Top Lip Move
The mother-of-two brutally shut of rumors that she’s had a stroke explaining why she talked out of the side of her mouth. It turns out, she suffered a third-degree burn on her face that resulted in permanent nerve damage in the late 2000s. She had a laser hair removal treatment as a result.

“Everyone wants to know why my top lip doesn’t move,” she said on Bicoastal Beauty Unfiltered in 2018. “I had laser hair removal on my upper lip about, gosh, 2009? Maybe 8? I got a third-degree burn. My face on the right side doesn’t move. My face on the left side moves. That is why I have some nerve damage and scar tissue and can’t talk out of the side of my mouth. If you don’t like it, suck my d**k.”
“That, unfortunately, will not go away,” she continued. “If I can get the brown and red to go, I can tattoo those spots. It’s very expensive, but I don’t really see myself doing that.”
She did explain she was working with a skin-care specialist in Detroit to make her face better than it was due to the burn, planning back then to move to the Michigan city.
